Power Ratings
Just like golf, the lowest
college basketball power rating is better. Subtract the lower college
basketball power rating from the higher college basketball power rating,
giving you the college basketball power rating line. Make sure you use the
proper home or road college basketball power rating. The college
basketball power rating is the numerical rating of a team without other
factors being considered.
