What If I Want To Order More Than One Pick?

If You Don't Win, You Don't Pay - Right?

Why Didn't I Get Credit For Yesterday's Losing Pick?

What If I Order And Don't Receive My Pick Or Experience A Technical Problem?

You must email support@gridirongold.com immediately to resolve your problem. We will be unable to prove your case or issue a refund if you wait until the game has started. Also, if you receive a pick for another game played that day and did not get the pick you ordered, then you get that pick guaranteed with no refund. But, email us asap to get the pick you ordered with our guarantee attached. You don't pay for our tech problems, we pay for them.

What If My Line Is Different or Changes After I Buy Your Pick?

Your pick is intended to be played the same day and right after you purchase our picks. This will minimize differentials close to 100%. Because of line movement, we're unable to constantly update each pick page line, therefore, we use the Vegas line at the time of your purchase, as the line that determines a possible guaranteed refund for the purchased picks. We will always use Vegas live lines as the official line at the time the pick was posted or purchased because our live lines are time stamped. But, if you buy and wait, you're taking a risk of line movement that may or may not be favorable to you. If you choose to do this, you're doing so at your own risk. But remember, the line we use is our bible line, and if you're buying early and betting late or if your book is fudging your numbers for whatever reason, we have no control over that.
