How Will I Get My Picks Instantly? - After payment is approved, click the return to gridiron gold link on the last last page and you will be directed to a web page that has the pick you ordered. Simple as that!

What Do I Do If I Don't Get The Pick After Clicking The Link? - After you click the return to gridiron gold link and don't receive your pick for any reason, (ie, page doesn't open or pick is incorrect). You must call us at 972-854-2008 or email us at support@gridirongold.com for your picks. This must be done immediately and we will not refund any emails stating that you didn't receive the picks, without following this guideline. Remember, our system is automatic and if one doesn't get the pick, them all don't get the pick. So we always know if our system is inoperative. The majority of the time it is either your popup blocker or a human error.  We will give you the picks you ordered via telephone or email the picks right back to you.

What If I Want To Order More Than One Pick? - You can order as many as you like, but each nfl pick is a separate buy button and for each order you need to click the return to merchant button to be directed to the nfl pick that you purchased.
