Gridiron Gold NFL Power Ratings measure each team's strength on a neutral field. Ratings are updated weekly throughout the 2026 NFL season.
How to Use the Ratings
PR is each team's Power Rating on a neutral field. Subtract the lower PR from the higher PR to determine the neutral-field difference between the teams.
Then account for the home team's HFA (Home Field Advantage) to create the projected point spread.
Example: Team A PR +6.0 vs. Team B PR +2.0. Team A is 4 points stronger on a neutral field. If Team B is home with a 2.5 HFA, Team A would be approximately a 1.5-point favorite.
